Over the past decade plus I’ve observed an ERP landscape that many times prioritizes net new customers over the existing client base. I’ve seen the frustration of endless clients who are juggling the decision of staying in a situation where they are surviving but lack strong support and partnership OR making the leap into the unknown. The process of finding a new partner and jumping through all necessary hoops is a daunting task. Hands down, this has been my biggest motivator in building Etticus Solutions.
We are an Acumatica Services Provider that will provide an industry leading experience from beginning to end. This starts with a robust implementation experience but it doesn’t end there. We are a support-centric partner that never stops growing with our clients. Your ERP journey is our ERP journey and we refuse to throw in the towel early. To support this goal, we are going to grow more slowly than a typical partner. Growth will be intentional, measured, and sustainable. With this in mind, we have three guiding principles.
1. Unmatched client experience is non negotiable.
2. Building out and maintaining an infrastructure that supports our first 100 clients just as well as it will our next 100 is crucial.
3. Providing a healthy environment for our employees to prosper and serve our client base is essential.
